This evening, November 30 2015, our server suffered a slight 'hiccup' and for some shops multiple Sales Alerts for past days were sent out (for November 28th and 29th). We apologize for the inconvenience of this and are taking steps to fix it. We ask for a little patience and tolerance for this problem.

The data center that houses our server has had some intermittent network connection problems for the past 5 days. Add to that the amount of data that was generated during Black Friday / Small Business Saturday / Cyber Monday, this magnified the issues. Simultaneously we discovered that the data center was fending off a 'DDoS' attack from a group of hackers. Our server was not compromised, at least not insofar as your data is concerned, the effect was slowness which causes 'timeouts' which caused the server to re-send data that it thought was not sent, thus all the emails.

Again we apologize for the inconvenience of getting a glut of repeated Sales Alerts.
